Welcome to Pineapple Express Kauai, a locally owned and family-operated food truck serving ʻono Hawaiian and local-style plate lunches on Kauaʻi since 2018.

 

Located in Kapaʻa Town, we’re proud to serve our community with fresh, flavorful food inspired by the local flavors and traditions we grew up with. We believe good food brings people together, and our goal is simple: to spread the Aloha, one plate lunch at a time.

 

We focus on using fresh, quality ingredients whenever possible from local Kauaʻi farmers and local fishermen, supporting our island community while bringing you the flavors of Hawaiʻi that we love.
